My Library Account
Access your Library account to see what you have checked out or renew your OhioLINK items. CIM Students with Case IDs can look up your Library Account Number here. Ask at the Circulation Desk if you need assistance.
CIM students/faculty/staff are considered guests of Case Libraries, so your Case ID/password will not work when logging on. You will need to create a pin the first time you log in. Your pin should consist of a letter/number combination and be 6 digits in length. To log in, click here: My Library Account.
Research Services
Need help searching the for scholarly resources or verifying if those Chicago/Turabian-style citations are formatted correctly? Schedule a research consultation with a Librarian or stop by the Circulation desk to request assistance from an available librarian/library staff member. We're happy to help!

Request an instruction session: Director of Library Services, Denise Green is available to develop and teach classes about specific resources in music. Instruction sessions can be custom designed to address key library resources and skills for a class assignment. Contact Denise to schedule a library session for your class.
Setting up required listening playlists: Faculty can set up online class playlists in Naxos Music Library, one of the library's online subscription resources. Please contact Denise Green to set up a username and password for class playlists.
CIM Archives
The library serves as an access point to the Archives of the Cleveland Institute of Music. The collection includes scrapbooks, photographs, programs & institutional archives as retained by CIM. Special collections include materials donated by Arthur Loesser, Beryl Rubinstein, and others. Inquiries may be directed to Digital Services Librarian, Bonnie Houser Eggers.
