Tammie Belton is a certified human resources professional with 25 years of experience. Belton possesses a background in several aspects of human resources including recruitment, employee training, performance management, employee relations, benefits administration and payroll.  

At the Cleveland Institute of Music, Belton serves as the vice president of people and culture where she oversees the administration of the human resources business unit; diversity, equity and inclusion; and Title IX.
