The Cleveland Institute of Music depends upon the feedback of its community to ensure the best possible environment for learning, performing, and working. Please use the form below to share concerns or complaints—as well as compliments—regarding any aspect of life at CIM.

Submissions will be reviewed by a panel of staff members from Academic Affairs, Human Resources, Marketing, and Student Affairs, who will route them to the appropriate areas. Responses should be expected within 3 business days if contact information is provided.
